INSPIRE temos „Žemės danga“ duomenų rinkiniuose yra pateikiami Lietuvos 2018 m. Corine žemės dangos duomenys (CLC2018), Georeferencinio pagrindo kadastre esantys žemės dangos duomenys ir Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijos M1:5 000 kontrolinių žemės sklypų (KŽS_DB5LT) duomenys. Duomenys yra harmonizuoti pagal INSPIRE reikalavimus. Corine žemės dangos (CLC) duomenų bazė - tai visos Europos vektorinis žemės dangos duomenų rinkinys, sudalintas į 44 klases (Lietuvos teritoriją dengia 30 klasių) pagal žemės dangos tipą ir naudojimo paskirtį. Mažiausias kartografuojamas objektas duomenų bazėje yra 25 ha plotiniams objektams ir 100 m plotis linijiniams objektams. GRPK yra valstybės kadastras, kuriame registruojami stabilūs žemės paviršiaus gamtiniai ir antropogeniniai objektai. Šį erdvinį duomenų rinkinį sudaro topografiniai objektai apibūdinantys vandens telkinius, žemės dangą, transporto tinklą, inžinerinę infrastruktūrą, geodezinius punktus, aukščio taškus, vietovardžius ir kt. Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijos M1:5 000 kontrolinių žemės sklypų duomenų bazė KŽS_DB5LT yra integruotos administravimo ir kontrolės sistemos (IAKS) sudėtinė dalis, leidžianti kontroliuoti deklaruojamų žemės ūkio naudmenų ir pasėlių plotus. Lietuvos blokų duomenų bazę sudaro informacija apie dirbamos žemės blokus, užstatytos teritorijos blokus, miškų žemės blokus, mišrios teritorijos blokus. Land cover is a physical description of space and (bio)physical occupation observed on the Earth's surface. The datasets for the INSPIRE theme "Land Cover" contain land cover data for Lithuania derived from the European Corine Land Cover 2018 dataset (CLC2018), land cover data from the Spatial data set of (geo) reference base cadastre (GRPK) and the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) Database of the Republic of Lithuania (KZS_DB10LT). The data have been harmonized according to INSPIRE requirements. CLC products are based on photointerpretation of satellite images by national teams of participating countries - the EEA member and cooperating countries – following a standard methodology and nomenclature with the following base parameters: 44 classes in the hierarchical three level Corine nomenclature; minimum mapping unit for status layers is 25 hectares; minimum width of linear elements is 100 metres. GRPK is the state cadaster, where spatial data and information representing stable natural and anthropogenic features in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania are registered. This spatial data set consists of topographic objects describing water bodies, land cover, transport network, engineer infrastructure, geodetic points, elevation values, geographic names, etc. Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) Database of Lithuanian Republic KZS_DB10LT is a part of an integrated administration and control system (IACS), that allows to control declared land use and agricultural parcels. The database consists of information about reference parcels of eligible areas, built up territories, forests, and integrated territories.
